James currently oversees six growing companies through financial reports and select management staff. In his years of experience, James has been involved with numerous entrepreneurial endeavors, researching and establishing new product lines, as well as developing corporate sales and marketing strategies. James also has extensive experience as a consultant and a lobbyist at both state and national levels.
James received his Masters in Social Science from California State University in Sacramento. He currently is a board member and treasurer of the California Healthcare Interpreting Association and the Association of Workers Comp Professionals.
Chris Thomas - President

Specializing in business and accounting systems; Chris has been instrumental in developing, testing and evaluating the systems that allow Dynamais to deliver consistent and effective results to its clients.
Chris has spent the last five years working with small businesses to create sound business practices, effective bookkeeping systems and tax strategies. In 2006 Chris left his position with a local CPA firm and his own bookkeeping and consulting practice to join the Dynamais team full time. Chris received a Bachelors Degree in Business specializing in Accountancy from the University of California, Sacramento and is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants.
Joel Arpilleda - Business Coach

Joel's insightfully and creative market and business strategies assisted Dyanamais for profit and not-for-profit clients to maneuver their companies through the process of doing business.
Joel has overseen the launching of numerous programs and has been essential to improving operational efficiency for an organization with over 2,000 members. He has served as a Principal Senior Business Analyst for a billion dollar, international, information technology and business consulting firm where he maximized company resources and operational efficiencies. Joel has also worked as a Senior Accounting Officer for various agencies within the State of California.
Joel received an MBA in Finance and a Masters of Science in Accountancy from the California State University at Sacramento and Bachelor's of Science in Managerial Economics with honors distinction from the University of California at Davis.
